About Peter Morris

Peter Morris is The Business Shrink. Morris is a successful businessman who has multiple degrees from the School of Hard Knocks, along with an undergraduate degree from Princeton University in Public Affairs and East Asian Studies, and a law degree from Harvard Law School. Over the last thirty odd years of doing business worldwide, Morris has made and lost fortunes. He knows the systems.

Today his primary work is as a real estate investor and as a financial advisor for funding and merger acquisition activities. He currently owns and controls real estate assets worldwide with a development value well in excess of $500 million. His other interests include investing in and establishing biotech and health care companines in conjuction with Harvard University and its affiliated hospitals.

The Business Shrink executive producer is Peter Laufer. A longtime NBC News correspondent, Laufer is a talk radio specialist and an author. As a practitioner, Laufer worked as a producer at the first all-talk station, KNEW in San Francisco. He hosted talk shows at KGO in San Francisco, KABC in Los Angeles, and WFAA in DAllas, before moving into management at KXRX in California, and then becoming news and program director of WRC in Washington, DC. Along the path he won most of the award available to broadcasters.

His consultancy work includes radio clients in the U.S. and Canada, along with Mexico, Germany, the Netherlands, and Britain. Laufer develops radio programming for the National Geographic Society. He is author of the seminal book on talk radio, Inside Talk Radio, and regularly writes and lectures on the medium.
