Iran issues Israel attack warning:

Iran’s Air Force Draws Up Plan to Bomb Israel

Iran War PlaneIran has come out and announced hours ago today that they have completed a plan to bomb Israel. Officials from all parties make it clear that Iran’s deputy commander of the air force made this statement in reference to the “unlikely event” if Israel first instigated the attack. Iran’s deputy commander simply stated that if provoked they could respond with missile raids on Israel and an opposing air attack.

Israel and the US were quick to condone the talk coming out of Iran through the presses. The US simply stated that it was “not constructive” to the current situation. Israel’s government had a different take on the announcement. Israel stated they feel the announcement was a big reason to take alarm to the aggressive stance of Israel and that the rest of the world should now be convinced to take a “very firm stance” on Iran and their actions.

The direct quotes came out of Fars, Iran’s news agency they use to spread their press releases. The agency released quotes statements from General Mohammed Alavi, Iran’s air force deputy commander. General Alavi stated, “We have drawn up a plan to strike back at Israel with our bombers if this regime makes a silly mistake.” General Alavi also taunted Israel saying it didn’t pose a real threat to Iran due to inability of pulling off a successful aerial attack. As usual Iran also denied any claims that they were trying to acquire nuclear weapons.

Condoleeza RiceSome feel the comments could have been provoked by the French warning the world they should be ready for war with Iran if it didn’t fix the nuclear problem. Israel and the US believe Iran has specific facilities dedicated to uranium enrichment. There is talk that Israel and the US have drawn up plans to eliminate these facilities and military installations in a preemptive attack.

It’s not a foreign idea for Iran to start a preemptive attack on another country due to nuclear installations. Israel successfully destroyed Iraq’s nuclear installations in 1981 by a quick and devastating air assault. Israel is mainly focused on the uranium enrichment facilities but the US has it’s sites on all of Iran’s military locations too. Firmly stated by the Secretary of state, Condoleeza Rice, “all options” are on the table.
